Payment & Refund Policy

At VISAPPO, we operate on a Success-Based Model. We believe in delivering results before asking for payment. This policy outlines the terms of our service and our rights regarding non-payment.

1. The Success-Based Model

We do not charge any upfront fees for monitoring visa slots. Our service fee is only triggered after a visa appointment has been successfully secured and the booking confirmation has been shared with the client.

2. Verification and Payment Deadline

Once a booking is successful:

  • We will provide the client with proof of the confirmed appointment.

  • The client is required to verify the booking details and complete the payment immediately.

  • Payment must be cleared within the timeframe specified in the invoice (typically 2–6 hours, depending on the urgency of the slot).

3. Right to Cancel for Non-Payment

Strictest Policy: VISAPPO reserves the absolute right to cancel any secured appointment if the client fails to clear the agreed service fee after the booking has been confirmed and verified.

  • If payment is not received within the specified deadline, we will initiate the cancellation of the appointment on the official portal (VFS/BLS/Embassy) without further notice.

  • Any consequences of such cancellation (e.g., being blocked by the embassy portal or loss of the slot) are the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Finality of Rendered Service

Once an appointment is successfully booked and the client has confirmed the details:

  • No Refunds: The service is considered 100% delivered.

  • No Chargebacks: As the payment is made after the result is verified, any attempt to charge back the fee will be treated as fraudulent and may be reported to the relevant authorities and the visa portal providers.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios (Post-Booking)

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Visa Outcome: Rejection or approval is decided only by the Embassy.

  • No-Shows: If the client fails to attend the appointment.

  • Embassy Changes: If the embassy reschedules or cancels slots due to policy changes after our successful booking.

6. Cancellation by Client

You can cancel your monitoring request for free at any time before a booking is made. Once a booking is initiated based on your request, the payment obligation begins upon success.
