2. Scope of Services

VISAPPO provides an automated notification and monitoring platform designed to assist users in identifying available visa appointment slots on third-party platforms (e.g., VFS Global, BLS International, and various Consular portals).

  • Monitoring Only: Our service is limited to the detection and notification of publicly available slots.

  • Independent Entity: VISAPPO is a private entity. We do not issue visas, we do not control appointment availability, and we are not an official partner of any government or embassy.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • VISAPPO does not guarantee that a visa appointment will be successfully booked.

  • VISAPPO does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

  • Appointment slots are released at the sole discretion of the respective embassies and consulates.

  • Technical changes to third-party booking portals may temporarily or permanently disrupt our monitoring capabilities.

4. User Account and Data Accuracy

To use the monitoring service, you must provide specific personal information, including but not limited to:

  • Full legal name as it appears on your passport.

  • Valid passport number and expiry date.

  • Contact information (Mobile/WhatsApp/Email).

User Warranty: You warrant that all information provided is accurate. VISAPPO is not liable for appointments missed or rejected due to incorrect data provided by the user.

5. Payment, Subscriptions, and Fees

  • Service Fees: You agree to pay the fees associated with the monitoring plan you select. These fees are for the monitoring service and are independent of any official visa application fees.

  • No Hidden Charges: All fees are disclosed at the point of purchase.

  • Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Service Delivery: The service is considered “delivered” once VISAPPO sends a notification of an available slot that matches your criteria.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are issued only if the system fails to monitor or provide alerts as promised within the subscription period.

  • Change of Mind: No refunds will be issued for “change of mind” once the monitoring service has been activated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VISAPPO shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses resulting from travel cancellations or re-bookings.

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from the failure of a third-party portal (e.g., VFS) to confirm a booking.

  • Any errors or omissions in the visa application process handled by the user.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the VISAPPO website, including logos, images, text, and the underlying monitoring algorithm, is the exclusive property of VISAPPO and is protected by international copyright laws.

9. Termination

VISAPPO reserves the right to terminate your access to the service immediately if:

  • You provide fraudulent passport or contact details.

  • You attempt to reverse-engineer or “scrape” our platform.

  • You use our alerts for unauthorized commercial resale.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VISAPPO is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
